About the Company:
Collett and Company was founded in 2005 by owner, Dustin Collett. The office was originally located at Camp Bowie West and housed 3 agents. In January 2009 Weichert, Realtors - Collett and Company moved to their current location on Malvey Avenue. In 2007 Collett and Company merged with Weichert Realtors at the Colleyville, Texas location becoming Weichert Realtors, Collett and Company.
Weichert Realtors, Collett and Company currently houses seventeen agents in The Village At Camp Bowie location and eighteen agents at the Colleyville location. The company hopes to fill The Village at Camp Bowie space with a maximum of twenty qualified agents in the coming months.
Weichert Realtors, Collett and Company are actively seeking new agents who can be an asset to the company and also fit in with the agency’s desire to be the newest and most exclusive listing office in town.
The company aspires to change the “revolving door” style of operation in real estate offices in which there are ten new faces a month and the broker profits more from office dues than from actual commissions. At Weichert Realtors, Collett and Company, the goal is to build a team of like-minded agents that desire professional success.
Weichert Realtors, Collett and Company is a company with a vision to be the agency that changes the traditional way real estate is done. In doing so, Weichert Realtors, Collett and Company has an in-house mortgage company (1st Advantage), an in-house construction company (JMA, LLC dba D&G), and in-house residential commercial property management company (Collett and Company Property Management). The company has also formed preferred partnerships with a title company, insurance company (Farmers Ins.), home warranty company, and an attorney, making it a full service agency ready to meet any real estate needs.
