Investor buys office building
COLLEYVILLE -- A private investor in California purchased a 5,000-square-foot office building at Riverwalk Center, 1116 Glade Road, east of Colleyville Boulevard, according to the seller. The building is leased by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Chad O'Neal of Realty Capital Corp. represented the seller, Realty Capital Corp. Dustin Collett of Collett and Co. represented the buyer.

California group buys office building
RICHLAND HILLS -- A California-based partnership called 7100 Grapevine Investments purchased a 12,126-square-foot office building at 7100 Grapevine Highway, according to the real estate company that handled the deal.
Managing members of the Long Beach-based group are Susan Bray-Magnall and Cheryl Saunders, according to a filing with the Texas secretary of state's office.
The partnership plans to remodel the office building, according to Integrity Commercial Realty of Southlake, which handled negotiations. The offices will be available for lease in January.
Sylvia Biersdorfer, sales and leasing specialist with Integrity Commercial Realty, represented the seller. Dustin Collett of Collett & Co. represented the buyer.
